In addition to a comprehensive overview of various biological pathways and information on sample quality, we also provide several data-analysis tools to help you to get the most out of your data.
Nightingale provides a comprehensive overview of various biological pathways and information on sample quality, thus the amount of data can become overwhelming. To help you get the most out of your data and interpret your findings, our team and independent researchers have developed several data-analysis tools. If you have questions on how to use the different tools, we recommend reaching out to the tool developers and their organizations.
