How to order and what happens after I place an order?

Placing an order is easy and straightforward: as it takes place via an online form, you can do it whenever is a good time for you.

From your point of view, the process from ordering to receiving the results follows these steps

1. Place an order on our website

2. Receive an order confirmation from us to confirm that we have received your order and it is being processed

3. Receive shipment instructions from our logistics team

4. Receive an invoice from our finance team

5. Ship the samples to our laboratory, and receive a notification of sample arrival and results delivery date

6. Receive the results via our online delivery portal

7. Get familiar with the data: use the Quality Report to get an overview of the quality of your samples and data and start analyzing the data
