Urine biomarker analysis
Our urine biomarker analysis provides simultaneous quantification of metabolites from several metabolic pathways, which includes, for instance, microbial metabolism, fluid balance, dietary metabolites, glycolysis-related metabolites as well as low-molecular metabolites like amino acids.
Cord blood analysis
Our cord blood biomarker analysis enables assessment of molecular effects related to both infant and maternal metabolism at birth as it allows simultaneous quantification of numerous groups of biomarkers. For instance, it analyses routine lipids, lipoprotein subclass profiling (with lipid concentrations within 14 subclasses), fatty acid composition and various low-molecular metabolites.
CSF biomarker analysis
Our cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarker analysis enables research of biomarkers related to disease onset and prognosis in neurodegenerative diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, ALS, and dementia. The platform allows simultaneous quantification of around 30 metabolites from different metabolic pathways, including energy metabolism, fluid balance, and carbohydrates.
