The CoreMetabolomics panel is expanding from 250 to 270 biomarkers, with 20 new biomarkers and an Lp(a) score now available for preorder.
New fatty acids, polar metabolites, and the Lp(a) score enable deeper investigation of genetic regulators of metabolism and disease mechanisms. The expanded panel includes EPA, DPA, alphaLA, and AA, together with broader coverage of omega-5, omega-7, and omega-9 fatty acids. New polar metabolites include amino acids, glycolysis-related metabolites, and ketone bodies.
The Lp(a) score provides an estimate of Lp(a)-associated cardiovascular risk from NMR metabolomics data, enabling efficient stratification in large cohorts without requiring direct Lp(a) measurement.
