We're excited to announce that Nightingale Health is extending its multiomics offering by adding the NULISAseq Immune 340 Panel from Alamar Biosciences

As Alamar’s newest NULISA panel, the Immune 340 Panel builds on the foundation of the Inflammation 250 Panel with expanded coverage of cytokines, chemokines, and receptors. This broader target set enables comprehensive research of immune signalling and regulation from a single blood sample.

Comprehensive profiling of immune pathways

The immune system plays a central role in nearly every aspect of human health, from protecting the body against infections and coordinating inflammatory responses to ageing, neurodegeneration, metabolic disease, autoimmune disorders, and cancer. Understanding these complex biological processes requires tools capable of capturing diverse immune signals.

The NULISAseq Immune 340 Panel enables simultaneous measurement of approximately 340 immune-related targets from a single 50 µL plasma or serum sample. Spanning 35 immune categories, the panel includes all major immune checkpoint proteins, the full IL-17 family, 7 type I and III interferons, the 30 targets in the TNF superfamily, 6 complement components, 37 chemokines, and key proteins involved in cell-death pathways.

Combining broad coverage with attomolar sensitivity and an exceptionally wide dynamic range, the panel enables deep, comprehensive immune profiling for translational and exploratory research.

Applications across immunology and disease research

The Immune 340 panel supports research across a wide range of diseases as nearly all diseases have an inflammatory component. These include cancer immunology and immuno-oncology, acute and chronic inflammation, autoimmunity and immune tolerance, infectious disease, systemic immunology, and healthy ageing. By measuring multiple immune pathways, researchers can gain deeper insights into disease mechanisms, patient heterogenity, disease severity, and treatment response.

Connecting immune and metabolic biology through multiomics

Importantly, the Immune 340 Panel complements Nightingale Health's metabolomics platform by connecting metabolic signatures with both adaptive and innate immune activity.

Nightingale Health offers integrated NMR metabolomics and proteomics through Alamar and Olink platforms, enabling comprehensive multiomics profiling from a single blood sample through a streamlined workflow. By combining omics datasets, researchers can gain deeper insights into biological mechanisms, disease heterogeneity, and associations between molecular changes and clinical outcomes.

Researchers can also benefit from support in study design, platform selection, and data interpretation, as well as enhanced quality control through complementary metabolomic and proteomic measurements.
